The designer receiving workflow, step by step.
1. You give vendors our ship-to address
Once your dashboard is set up, you'll get a ship-to address and a project reference format. Include your project name on the packing slip — it tags the shipment to your project the moment it arrives.
2. Shipment arrives and gets logged
Every shipment is logged in against your project the day it lands. You get an email and a dashboard notification with the receipt number (we call these INV##### internally), item count, and any visible carton damage flagged at the dock.
3. Inspection and condition report
We open every piece, inspect it, and photograph it. If there's damage — corner rubs, finish issues, missing hardware — you'll see the photos in your dashboard so you can start a claim with the vendor immediately, not on install day.
4. Secure storage until you're ready
Pieces are pad-wrapped, project-tagged, and staged. Storage is included for a reasonable window; long-storage projects are billed transparently. Nothing gets moved off your project without your say-so.
5. White-glove delivery on install day
You schedule the install through your dashboard or with our team. Our crews deliver, unwrap, assemble, and place pieces to your floor plan. Old furniture removal available on the same trip if you need it.
Throughout: the designer dashboard
Every receipt, photo, note, and delivery slot lives in one place. Share it with your team, your client's project manager, or your bookkeeper — you control who sees what.
